Marco Ponte is the CEO and Creative Director of Nacon Studio Milan, the Italian studio within the Nacon Group. With over twenty years of experience and more than 25 published titles, he has led a 10-person indie team to become the group's primary development hub in Italy.

Under his leadership, the studio now delivers structured, high-budget productions, ranging from ambitious open-world titles to outstanding racing experiences developed by its dedicated division, RaceWard Studio. His work addresses the production challenges that require narrative, technical, and creative expertise in a landscape where games and visual storytelling are increasingly converging.
