Tibor Keser is a Zagreb-based film producer with a diverse portfolio of more than fifty award-winning and screened films. After graduating from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, he completed his production studies at the Academy of Dramatic Arts, where he has been working as a teacher (assistant professor) since 2019. In collaboration with Restart and numerous other Croatian production companies, in 2019 he founded his own production company KOMPOT, focused on innovative film stories with regional authors and international reach. In 2024 he was selected as the Croatian representative of the Producers on the Move program in Cannes.
